Roller Conveyor Dustless Shot Blasting Machine has been developed by assembling different parts and systems like blasting chamber, abrasive recycling system, roller conveyor, dust collector, elevator, PLC control system, blast wheel, cleaning chamber and separator. The steel is kept over the conveyor from which it is then carried away to the abrasive stream, where with the help of wheels, the process of sweeping and cleaning is carried into the chamber. Later, the residue dust is collected and the fabricated steel is obtained at the other end of the conveyor. Design and Sequence of Operations

The Steel are on the roller conveyor and carried into abrasives stream, after blasting by blast wheels, the steel will be sweep and cleaned in chamber, and abrasive reclaimed, dust collected, then steel fabrication sent out to the end conveyor.
